I am always met with apphrension when starting a big renovation project because it requires such trust, and with Constantin there was trust from the very first email. Meeting him in person was a no brainer: immediate respect, excellent communication and on time. Instantly we felt looked after and trusted his knowledge being in the industry for over 10 years.
My bathroom required a lot of work updating systems before a full renovation could occur and Constantin kept us informed every step of the way and this level of transparency is very rare for builders nowadays. I hired for my mums house very quick to come & give quote, honest & reliable managed to do everything I needed tiles, rewire of whole property, new ceilings throughout, boarded loft moved hatch, plumbing amazing couldn't fault, clean, tidy, respectful and overall extremely happy with work we had completed.

Constantin completely renovated a bathroom that was old and needed upgraded. All works covered including refitting of under floor water pipes. The job was completed to the highest standard including tiling, plumbing, fitting, door/frame and electrics. Installation of the bathroom extraction fan. There were multiple times when fantastic advice was shared on the project and in other areas where things could be improved. Friendly, clean and tidy.
